A group of dialysis nurses filed a petition with the Administrative Court to revoke the Ministry of Public Health’s announcement requiring them to complete a new training course certified by the Nursing Council, fearing that it would affect the profession and kidney disease patients.
Today (May 1, 2025), a group of approximately 30 dialysis nurses, who have worked for more than 10-30 years, filed a lawsuit with the Administrative Court to request consideration of revoking the Ministry of Public Health’s (MOPH) announcement dated February 11, 2025, which requires Level 1 nursing and midwifery professionals to undergo hemodialysis training from an institute certified by the Nursing Council. สล็อต
